This babe is so very loved…you can see it in her family’s eyes. Her brother and sister are SO happy to have her, especially her big sister who wants to help with everything and hold baby *T* all the time
She is one lucky baby to be born into this family.

I even got to hold her

These 2 little ones could not be more different. Little girl is so petite, little, and loved the camera, and little boy is solid, bigger, and did not like the camera
They were both preemies, so this year has been a little rough getting them to the point where they could even be taken outside of the house.
This mama was patient with me, who had to re-schedule our session…I’m always so appreciative when I have patient clients who understand that ‘life happens’.

I’m sure any photog would agree that photographing your friends (who are like family to you) is such an honor….because it really is for me. I hope all of my friends know (because tell my friends often) that they don’t HAVE to ask me to take their pictures, so when they do…I am flattered and thrilled.
To have my close friend *J* ask me to be at the birth of her 3rd baby and document this extremely exciting day…I was beyond excited! And what’s even more exciting (and completely crazy) is we didn’t know the sex of the baby…so we were on edge waiting to see if she was having a boy or a girl.
The night finally came! We headed to the hospital around 9:00 PM, and with a long long night…this sweet baby GIRL finally showed up at 6:00 AM! So much love was in that room. I personally was shaking and crying, really this was the most amazing ‘thing’ I’ve ever witnessed. Really incredible.
I hope you enjoy these pictures…really special moments for me and for this mama who I love and adore.
(Lots and lots of pictures…this was like a 10 hour photoshoot!)

First off, thank you to all my wonderful clients! I’ve so enjoyed working with you and getting to know you AND seeing your family grow! Being with you has been an honor for me.
The time has come for me to raise my prices…just a little
You can see those changes (starting June 1st) HERE.
And to soften the blow (ha ha) here is a picture of the sweetest baby (born 2 days ago). Look at those eyelashes!
…is 2 years old!
When going to a photoshoot with kids, I never know what to expect. They could be happy and excited, or grumpy and non-cooperative. But Miss *N* was AMAZING! This shoot was a breeze! She was excited about the camera and loved smiling and she made the cutest faces.
I’m in love with this shoot. Thanks missy for a fun night!

Wow, words really can not express how cold this shoot was. I felt so bad for this family…because I was freezing and I even had a coat, scarf, and gloves on
But the fought through the cold to get the pictures and capture the memory of their family in San Francisco…definitely my kind of people!
Soon they are moving to the east coast to go to grad school (Harvard MBA). They remind me so much of our family when we moved to the west coast (5 years ago) to go to grad school (Berkeley MBA). They are the same age as we were, they have a 2 year old (so did we) and a small babe (and so did we). I’m just so excited for them and this adventure they are about to take, and the people they will meet, and the experiences they will have.
Anyway, back to the shoot

Due with her THIRD baby, this lady is glowing! They are all so excited to be having a new babe around. And the boys are excited to be having another brother to play with.
A cold night, with a chilly wind…these guys and gal were good sports!
Remember this picture?
Right before their family photoshoot in October, *T* found out she was pregnant…but they had not told anyone. I was lucky to find out that night, and so we got this pic. I was so excited for her to spill the beans so I could share
Now, over 30 weeks…she is counting down the days to meet her new little man.

And a last one of the ‘baby for now’…
Such a sweetie.

We can’t wait for the arrival of this new guy, so we can get his “a day in the life” photoshoot, so be sure to check back!

This beautiful mama and I emailed for months about their shoot, and we almost got rained out. Luckily they were so flexible with waiting to see what the weather would do…and look gorgeous weather. Lucky us!
Miss *E* will be two in three months, but she could communicate as if she was 2.5. I was amazed at how well she was talking! Every time I’d ask her a questions, she would reply “sure”…made me laugh every time.
Such a sweet little family. And as you can see, this little doll has her parents wrapped around her tiny pinkie finger. Very fun meeting you {finally} *T* family!

Oh my…this baby was one day old when I got to meet and hold him. What a honor to be around such a sweet perfect little spirit, straight from Heaven. There were a few moments when I had tears in my eyes, because these were such special moments.
Feel free to drool over this mama’s skin, it’s so beautiful. And how amazing does she look! Congrats *M* family!

I got to hold him

Can you believe how gorgeous this mama is! And during labor, even more beautiful. Such a special time in this couples life…the labor and birth of their 3rd child.
